Liked the mountain view from the cozy room and the helpfulness of the staff. A gourmet restaurant with an extensive wine list was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby hiking trails.

Disliked the basic breakfast with no hot options and outdated decor in some rooms. The hotel's location on a main street meant some noise from passing traffic.

The hotel is situated in a scenic area, making it suitable for outdoors enthusiasts. the rooms were clean and adequate, but nothing exceptional. the breakfast offered cereals, breads, and cheeses, but did not include any hot dishes or eggs. For those interested in gastronomy, the restaurant was praised for its superior standard of food and wine selections.

The staff did not provide adequate service, such as forgetting to inform guests about discounts and barging into the rooms without knocking.

Charming suite, great views, good gourmet meal, warm welcome, picture postcard village, access to Swiss passes.

My business trip was made extra special by the beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. the view from the terrace was breathtaking and the complimentary travel card allowed me to explore the local area with ease. the breakfast was a real treat, with fresh bread and delicious homemade jams.

The pillows were uncomfortably flat and the room layout was a bit odd, requiring a climb up some narrow stairs to reach the bed. this was outweighed by the overall positive experience of staying in such a beautiful location with helpful staff and great amenities.
